5th AIIMS MAMC PGI IMAGING COURSE SERIES on PAEDIATRIC IMAGING

Abstract submission deadline extended till 28th February 2026

Abstracts are invited for oral research papers and E-Poster presentations  on the theme of Paediatric Radiology


Guidelines for Abstract of Oral Research Paper presentation 

  • Theme: Scientific Research (data) on Diagnostic / Interventional aspects of Paediatric Radiology 

  • Please do not submit a single case report/ case series/ pictorial essay

  • A maximum of 1 paper per presenting author will be accepted for submission.

  • A paper that has been previously published / presented cannot be submitted.

  • Last date of abstract submission is 15 February 2026 5 pm.

  • The presenting author can be postgraduate student / resident / fellow of Radiology.

  • Abstracts shall be accepted from registered delegates only.  Registration for the Course  is  mandatory before abstract submission 

  • Patient confidentiality should be protected. No names, hospital numbers, or any other  identifying information should appear in the presentation.

  • Presentation should include original  images and not copied from the articles / web. 

  • Abstracts should be submitted by emailing to aiimsmamcpgiseries@gmail.com in  Microsoft word document file.

  • Only the accepted abstracts will be invited for oral paper presentations on  5th April 2026 morning and given certificates. Few of the abstracts (which may not be accommodated in  the program) may be given the option of converting to E-poster presentation

  • Abstracts should not be more than 350 words (excluding the title, author list and institution)

  • Abstracts should include sections on 

a) Title, author list (max. 8 including presenting author) and hospital/clinic details of  presenting author 
b) Objectives 
c) Materials and methods 
d) Observations / Results 
e) Conclusion 
f) A few images with legend may also be included

Guidelines for E-poster presentation 

  • Theme: Scientific Research / Pictorial Review / Case series on Diagnostic / Interventional aspects  of Paediatric Radiology  

  • Please do not submit a single case report 

  • Poster should include original images and not copied from the articles / web.

  • A maximum of 1 poster per presenting author will be accepted for submission.

  • A poster that has been previously published / presented cannot be submitted. 

  • Last date of e-poster submission is 15 February 2026 5 pm.


The presenting author can be radiology residents or consultants. 

  • Posters shall be accepted from registered delegates only. Registration for the CME is  mandatory before poster submission 

  • Patient confidentiality should be protected. No names, hospital numbers, or any other  identifying information should appear in the presentation.

  • Powerpoint presentations should be submitted by emailing to aiimsmamcpgiseries@gmail.com   in .pptx format (microsoft 2013 powerpoint or a later version). Images / videos must be  integrated into the PowerPoint file. No abstracts are to be submitted for e-posters 

  • All presentations will be scrutinised and only the accepted e-posters will be displayed during  the conference and given certificates. Three best posters shall be selected for awards.

  • Posters should not be more than 20 slides / 40 clicks and up to 10 MB in size

 

Posters should include sections on

a) Title, author list (max. 8 including presenting author) and hospital/clinic details of  presenting author 
b) Objectives 
c) Materials and methods (for research studies) 
d) Observations / Cases with figures 
e) Conclusion
